Students will be admitted into the LL.M. program upon meeting all admission requirements to the program. Students must complete 120 credits with a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.3 (C+) or higher to receive the LL.M. degree from AUCA. Students completing the dual degree option must complete all courses with a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (B) or higher to receive the LL.M. degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and other partner universities degrees.
Along with required courses, student must complete internship credits and a master’s thesis. LL.M. students who have completed all four semesters, but have not completed a thesis, any of the required courses or who have not completed enough credits to meet graduation requirements must reenroll in the program in the next available semester. At a maximum, LL.M. students must complete all credits and requirements within 48 months of beginning the program.
