Students will be admitted into the LL.M. Program upon meeting all admission requirements to the program. The LL.M. Program is a two-year program. Students must complete 120 credits with a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.3 or higher to receive the LL.M. degree from AUCA. Students completing the dual degree option must complete all courses with a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (B) or higher to receive the LL.M. degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and other partner universities degrees.
Along with required courses, students must complete (1) internship requirements and (2) a Master’s thesis. LL.M. students who have completed all four semesters, but have not submitted a Master’s thesis, have not completed any of the required courses, or who have not earned enough credits to meet the graduation requirements must re-enroll in the Program in the next available semester.
