This Memorandum of Understanding outlines the cooperation between the two partners: High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic and the American University of Central Asia

We look forward to meeting you during the Orientation program on August 16 – 30, 2018. We are proud to have you as our new students and welcome you into our community of friends, colleagues, and scholars! This is a new beginning for both students and family members; beginnings that we hope you are ready to explore.

6th « Europe-Asia » conference - 14th 15th June 2018 - Bishkek - previous conferences held in France, Korea, France, Kazakhstan, Mongolia.

On June 11, 2018, American University of Central Asia will host an international conference conducted jointly with the Central Asian Program of the George Washington University.

On May 31st the Law Division of the American University of Central Asia in partnership with the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic and with the support of the USAID / IDLO Kyrgyzstan Judicial Strengthening Program, conducted second national moot court competition in constitutionalism “Adilet 2018”.

Congratulation to Saniia Toktogazieva with The Best Teacher Award based on student votes, in recognition of Excellence in teaching and dedication to the growth and enrichment of AUCA.

A pilot two-day workshop organized by the University of Liverpool and hosted by the Central Asian Studies Institute will take place on 7-8 June on AUCA campus. Scholars, students, citizens’ organisations, lawyers, and members of the public are welcome to join the discussion. 

On 13-14 April, the Departments of 'Applied Geology' and 'Environmental Management and Sustainable Development' at AUCA organized the field trip to Kumtor mining site for students. This site tour was arranged by faculty member Rustam Orozbaev, as a part of the practicum for the course of 'Environmental and Socio-Economic Impacts of Mining'. 

We are delighted to announce the release of Mobilities, Boundaries and Travelling Ideas: Rethinking Translocality Beyond Central Asia and the Caucasus. 

On April 18, 2018, an annual AUCA Spring Cup “Brain Ring” in 12th time was held among high school students in the Conference Hall of AUCA. About 100 high school students, who passed preliminary test, took part in this competition.
