University of St. Andrews, UK, St Andrews, with assistance of RangeRover fund, gives to young scientists from the countries of Central Asia an opportunity of three-months stay in St Andrews for the purpose of preparation of the publication on the subject chosen at own discretion in the field of socially economic situation of the country. The beginning of the program is planned for September, 2017. Conditions of participation in the program: 1. Nationality or permanent residence in the countries of Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan or the Kyrgyz Republic). 2. The ended higher education. 3. Journalism and Mass Communications Department is pleased to announce about the launch of the joint Concentration "Environmental Journalism" with Environmental Science and Sustainable Development Program;the launch of the joint Concentration "Data Journalism (Big Data)" with Software Engineering Department;the joint Concentration    in "Marketing and Public Relations» with Business Administration Department. Upon the completion of the courses the students will get a Certificate.

On March 27, 2017 two representatives from the U.S. Embassy in Tajikistan, Public Affairs Officer Lucy Jilka and Cultural Affairs Assistant Parviz Aydarshoev, visited AUCA. The U.S. Embassy in Tajikistan has been providing generous scholarships for talented students from Tajikistan to study at AUCA during several years.
