On April 27-29, 2022, the Department of Applied Geology (AGEO) and the Department of Environmental Sustainability and Climate Science (ESCS) students attended the XIV International Conference of Young Scientists and Students «Modern techniques and technologies in scientific research» - 2022

Firoza Muradi is a sophomore student studying International Comparative Politics at the American University of Central Asia who applied to the exchange program in France. 

Aichurek Ryspekova is a junior student at the Business Administration program who was a participant in the AUCA exchange program at IESEG university in Paris, France.

On April 16-17, 2022, the department of Environmental Sustainability and Climate Science with the support of the Grant Office organized a practical training trip for AUCA students to the Issyk-Kul region.

On March 28th, AUCA hosted a Climate Fresk workshop – a teach-in on climate justice within the World-Wide Teach-ins and as a part of the Sustainability Week of AUCA.

Pari Vatanshoeva is an AUCA Business administration student from Tajikistan who had experience in an exchange program and had a chance to extend her study in Poland. She believes that the AUCA exchange program will help her personal development and gain experience in a multicultural environment with people with different backgrounds.

"I have never met so welcoming people as in this country, everyone I met was full of good intentions.” AUCA caught the attention of an ESPOL student who applied to the ICP department due to the desire to know more about Central Asia. 

The Liberal Arts and Sciences department at the American University of Central Asia successfully hosted its first Startup Pitch Competition (Innovation Challenge) on December 18th, 2021.
