AUCA Security Service is a University Department responsible for providing complex safety services for students, faculty and staff in cooperation with other University Departments. Please note that the Security Service does not carry any responsibility for the safety of your personal belongings. Therefore we kindly ask you to be very careful and do not leave your mobile phones, laptops, and other things unattended. If you have any questions regarding the Security Service, please contact Bekbolot Abdyldabekov, Senior Specialist of AUCA Security Service, by e-mail at email@example.com, by internal telephone at extension 221, or locally at 66-11-18.
According to AUCA regulations all students, faculty, and staff should show their ID cards when entering the University. This is necessary for providing a secure environment at the university, as well as decreasing the risk of strangers entering the University. In case you lose your AUCA ID, please contact the Registrar's Office for new Student IDs and the HR Office for new Faculty/Staff IDs.
In case of emergency or any other dangerous situations on campus, the Human Resources Department will inform you about the situation via e-mail and by SMS to your mobile phone.
Regarding the Security Service’s work, please contact Salkyn A. Ibraimova, Associate Vice-President for Administrative Affairs by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, internal telephone 236, or external phone at 66-10-91.
