Transcripts
Transcripts include the following information:
- A list of all courses taken by a student during their enrollment at the University;
- All grades received;
- Total credits earned for each semester;
- Total credits earned during the student’s entire period of study;
- The grade point average for each semester;
- The cumulative grade point average.
An official transcript is printed on special paper and stamped with the official University seal. The fee for official transcripts is established by the University order for each academic year.
Transcripts are issued only to the student. The Registrar’s Office may issue a transcript to a third party if authorization is provided by the student. The authorization must be in the form of a letter and contain the student’s name, birth date, signature, and the dates in which the student attended the University.
