Youth Council of Central Asia announces a call for applications to join Youth Council C5+1 program in which 30 young leaders of Central Asia will straighten the regional youth network, trust and will actively participate in civic engagement

Starting from this Fall, the WARC has started to offer online tutoring sessions!  As the first learning support center in the Bard-HESP network and the country of Kyrgyzstan to offer such a service, the WARC is excited to tell us more about the online tutoring program.

The European Society for Central Asian Studies (ESCAS) and the Central Eurasian Studies Society (CESS) held the Joint ESCAS-CESS Conference at the American University of Central Asia (AUCA) in Bishkek, June 29-July 2, 2017.  This was the 15th Biennial Conference of ESCAS, and the Sixth Regional Conference of CESS. The conference was hosted by AUCA’s Central Asian Studies Institute (CASI).

More specifically, it analyzes main features and outcomes of the projects that were carried out with the financial support of the EU in the framework of the thematic program Non-State Actors and Local Authorities in Development (NSA/LA) in Kyrgyzstan.
