Applications for the Executive Programmes in Development Policies and Practices (DPP),

    Within the framework of the Bishkek International Film Festival, 4 master classes will be held on the topic of production and industrial aspects, namely artificial intelligence and cinema, acting, virtual reality, modern conditions of the distribution market.

  Embarking on the journey of the exchange program was a conscious decision rooted in my profound yearning to extend beyond the conventional boundaries of academic pursuits. It wasn't merely about scholarly enrichment but also the cultivation of personal depth within the vibrant tapestry of a diverse cultural landscape.

Dr. Timothy O’Connor, AUCA President, visited the University of Ulsan, South Korea, on November 1-4, 2023. During this visit, Dr. O’Connor delivered a lecture to students, faculty, and staff of the University and signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Ulsan.

On October 25, 2023, Business School at AUCA welcomed Samantha Salvatori, Assistant Director of International Recruitment at University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO). Business School organized a meeting with its staff and faculty and also with AUCA President Timothy O’Connor to discuss other potential areas of cooperation.

  On Wednesday, October 25, the International and Comparative Politics Department, in collaboration with the Office of the President, continued its prestigious Ambassador Talks Series, featuring the esteemed presence of His Majesty, the Ambassador of the United Kingdom to the Kyrgyz Republic, Mr.

About the speaker:Dr. Kyaw Moe Tun, an Oxford and Yale alumnus, returned to Myanmar in 2014 to empower the youth and foster responsible leadership through liberal arts and sciences education. In 2017, he founded Parami Institute to offer innovative programs for Myanmar college graduates.

 

On October 23, 2023, the International and Comparative Politics (ICP) department, in collaboration with the President’s Office at AUCA, launched the “Ambassador Talks” Series, which became the first guest lecture series with distinguished Ambassadors to the Kyrgyz Republic.

On October 24, Anne Seshadri, the Public Diplomacy Office Director of the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs (SCA), visited the AUCA campus. During her visit, she met with Dr. Timothy O'Connor, AUCA President, and discussed the value of educating young leaders of the region and the world for AUCA remaining on the Top universities in Central Asia.

AUCA Development Office team and Human Rights Fellows in the framework of the AUCA Fellowship Program for Rights and Justice Practitioners attended the conference “Freedom of Academia In and Out: Social Sciences and Humanities in the Time of Geopolitical Crises”  held in Yerevan State University
