Ulukbek has received invaluable experience both in governmental and non-governmental spheres, including the Ministry of Justice and Kara-Balta Mayor's office. Moreover, he has also worked for the UN World Food Program and Open Government National Forum. Ulukbek is an ICP'2013 alumnus, and he has a degree in Law from the Kyrgyz National University.

As a Career Development Officer, Ulukbek coordinates students and alumni in their efforts to find numerous opportunities, internships, and fellowships. Ulukbek has a focus on growing the network of AUCA partner institutions to increase opportunities for our community.
