Nargiza has been working at the American University of Central Asia since 2007. She held various administrative level positions at the academic departments (2007-2008), Human Resources department (2008-2010), Academic Affairs office: Assistant to Dean of Academic Development (2010-2012), Assistant to Dean of Faculty (2012-2015); Shared Service Center (2015-2018).

Nargiza graduated from the Iskhak Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University in 2006, holds a "specialist diploma" degree with a qualification of engineer-technologist (scholarship recipient "budzhet").

Currently, she is an Office Manager at the undergraduate program of International and Comparative Politics (2019 - present).
