Department of Journalism and Mass Communications

Vacancy: 1 Full-time teaching position


The Department of Journalism and Mass Communications at AUCA invites applicants for a full-time faculty position beginning Fall 2019. Teaching responsibilities may include Introduction to Mass Communication, News Writing, Communication Theory and Practice, Journalism Investigation.


Applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:



  • PhD or (MA/MSs from internationally established university) in the field of Journalism, Media or related fields

  • Fluent English  (all courses at the department are taught in English)

  • A strong commitment to excellence in teaching

  • University level teaching experience is preferred, experience in the industry is also desirable.
