The American University of Central Asia continues to provide aid to schools in Kyrgyzstan. This time, twenty computers were transferred to the Fedorovskaya Secondary School of the Zhayyl district of the Chui region.

Dastan Imanaliev graduated from AUCA in 2015 with a degree in International and Business Law. After the completion of his bachelor's degree, Dastan started his carrier path which led him to his current position as the Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Kyrgyzstan. On Saturday, June 11th the annual U.S.-CAEF AUCA 2022 Graduation Reception was held at Novotel. A total of 14 fellows from the American University of Central Asia celebrated their graduation on this day.

It is with great sadness that we inform you that on September 23, 2022, at the age of 56, Jeenbek Kulenbekov, professor and head of the Applied Geology and Environmental Sustainability and Climatology Departnment, passed away.

The intensive summer program National Security Language Initiative for Youth 2022, sponsored by the US Department of State, was successfully completed.

On Tuesday, August 2nd, the closing ceremony of the CLS (Critical Language Scholarship) summer program was held at the AUCA. During the program, students have been taking intensive Russian language classes with group instructors, visited various cultural attractions and met with professionals for talks and guest lectures.
