On October 15, 2020, AUCA “Talent Management and Human Potential Development in Organizations” program presented the results of its achievements as part of the planned monitoring of Erasmus+ National Office. It was noted that the AUCA TALENT team is one of the strongest academic teams in Kyrgyzstan, which participates in the implementation of educational projects of the Erasmus+ network.

Hamid Ismailov is an Uzbek novelist and poet who was forced to leave his home in Tashkent when his writing brought him to the attention of government officials. Under threat of arrest, he moved to London and joined the BBC World Service, where he was the first-ever Writer in Residence. In addition to journalism, Ismailov is a prolific writer of poetry and prose.

Dinara Abildenova, a senior lecturer of Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi gave a presentation "Marriage ceremonies in Kazakhstan: Norms and their change" on September 30, within the AUCA Anthropology Club meeting. In this presentation she focused on social changes that took place in Kazakh marriage ceremonies after the country’s independence.

AUCA Alumni Association awarded five undergraduate students with the Alumni Scholarship 2020. Dana, Editha, Dastan, Maftuna, and Rysmende are those distinguished students who demonstrate excellent academic performance and active participation in the life of the University community.
