AUCA is pleased to invite submissions for the AUCA Campus Design Competition. The purpose is to invite students to create a concept or an idea for improving the AUCA campus’ front yard in order to make it more comfortable and user-friendly for university community and visitors.

Four AUCA students were given the chance to get up close and personal with some of the glaciers in the Kyrgyz Tien Shan Mountains this summer, and to try their hands at helping to answer some of these questions.

From October 9 to October 13 advisors, peer-advisors and students had the privilege to participate in a series of workshops hosted by David Shein, Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs & Dean of Studies at Bard College. 

To overcome challenges of learning to express herself, these are the experiences of AUCA senior student Aian Kadyrova during her exchange semester in Bard College, Annandale, New York. Read Aian’s story here:

Originally from Krasnodar, Russia, she graduated from department of Modern Greek Philology of the Kuban State University. Last year she taught English language courses at the Continuing Education Center. In the following interview, Anna talks about teaching and opportunities related to Greek courses.
