Official handing over of “Contemporary international law materials and cases” book took place on 25 June of 2012 in Jogorku Kenesh of Kyrgyz Republic. 

On 12 June, 2012 AUCA Tian Shan Policy Center and Fulbright Alumni Association of Kyrgyzstan held an event to launch the new book entitled, “Contemporary International Law". The book, which was edited and published by law professors from three universities in Kyrgyzstan, American University of Central Asia, Kyrgyz National University, and Kyrgyz State Academy of Law, was celebrated as the first such resource book to help modernize Kyrgyz legal education.

Dr. Svetlana Jacquesson will begin work on August 1, 2012.

On 12 June, 2012 AUCA Tian Shan Policy Center and Fulbright Alumni Association of Kyrgyzstan held an event to launch the new book entitled, “Contemporary International Law Materials and Cases.” 

The AUCA Board of Trustees identified Kent Inshaat as the winner of the bid to be the main contractor for the AUCA Campus, located near Tokombaeva street.  

Today William Newton-Smith, Chair of the AUCA Board of Trustees, opened the sealed evaluation box.

At 11:30 on June 2nd at the Kyrgyz Philharmonic, 224 AUCA seniors will receive their diplomas.

The beginning of the fall semester will start one week later, classes will begin on September 3.
