Potential baseline projects: energy consumption, transportation, waste

Objective: 
● Make our facilities and operations more environmentally sustainable by reducing and eventually eliminating or offsetting emissions of greenhouse gases, and dramatically reducing waste.

Scope:
● Current and future buildings, offices, dormitories, water, energy, waste/recycling, transportation, procurement, trees, vendors, partners

● Establishment baselines for selected sustainability metrics for future improvements (energy demand, renewable energy, waste, vehicles, air travel, paper use, drive-alone rate, etc.)
● Evaluation of interconnections and trade-offs 
● Assessment of the feasibility of developing an internal dashboard to track Key Process Indicators (KPIs)
● Work with Coffee Shop Vendors
● Sustainable Procurement Policy
