Objective:
● Develop and leverage strategic partnerships with local and international public and private organizations that enhance our education, research, and initiatives related to the environment and climate change.

Scope:
● Internal coordination and support systems for the development of partnerships
● Existing international partnerships (e.g. EU)
● Potential international partnerships (e.g. OSUN)
● AUCA recruitment

Plan of work:
● Take stock of and review internal processes and tools aimed at supporting partnership acquisition
● Document previous experiences and achievements
● Map local stakeholders with whom / through whom AUCA could pursue international partnerships
● Strengthen relationships with (potential) local partners
● Establish links between international partnerships and AUCA teaching and research 
● Create a map of potential international donors (in Kyrgyzstan) and what they are doing 

● Set up an internal body to support faculty and others on developing managing partnerships
