The Central Asian Studies Institute hosted a round table discussion "The 2014 NATO Withdrawal from Afghanistan and Its Security Implications for Central Asia"? on 7 November 2011. The discussion highlighted the key aspects of the announced withdrawal of the NATO from Afghanistan in 2014 and assessed the implications for both Afghanistan and the neighboring Central Asian countries.
