On 31 January 2012 CASI co-hosted with the Tian Shan Policy Center a public event titled "Forging Partnership with Kyrgyzstan's New Lawmakers: How Research and Policy Centers Can Help Improve Governance?" The round table, attended by parliament members and representatives of policy research institutes, discussed the status quo and prospects for productive cooperation between various governing agencies and policy centers in Kyrgyzstan.
