Dr. Nargiza Muratalieva is a part-time Associate Professor in the International and Comparative Politics department at the American University of Central Asia. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Sciences (2010), a Master of Arts in Political Sciences (2007), and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Sciences (2005) from Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (Kyrgyzstan). 

Dr. Muratalieva joined AUCA in 2022. She serves as an Associate Research Fellow at OSCE Academy and an Associated member of the Lexfeim Research Center. She worked as an Editor of CABAR.Asia Analytical Platform at the Institute for War and Peace Building (IWPR). She was a DAAD Scholar at the Carl Von Ossietzky University (2005-2007, Germany).
