The American University of Central Asia hosted the 6th Conference of the Asian Borderlands Research Network (ABRN): Borderland Spaces Ruins, Revival(s) and Resources on 13-15 August.
About 200 scholars from all over the world have participated in the conference.
The conference was jointly organized by the American University of Central Asia; International Institute for Asian Studies and the Asian Borderlands Research Network (ABRN).
The conference has been hosted by the Central Asian Studies Institute (CASI).
Dr. Madeleine Reeves (senior lecturer in Social Anthropology at the University of Manchester and Editor of Central Asian Survey) gave a Keynote Speech at the conference.
