At the American University of Central Asia (AUCA), moderation is a key academic milestone. It marks a student’s transition from exploratory learning to focused specialization within the Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) program.

This premier event will be held on May 17, 2025, on our vibrant AUCA campus, providing a unique platform for graduate and senior-level students to showcase their groundbreaking research across various disciplines.

These initiatives showcase innovation, social impact, and a commitment to positive change:- Impact Startup Incubator – A unique 8-week program designed to help students and alumni transform their ideas into real-world solutions.

  In 2022, at the initiative of the Kyrgyz Republic, the UN General Assembly declared March 5th as the International Day for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation. The significance of this resolution lies in raising global awareness of the risks posed to humanity by weapons of mass destruction and illegal attempts to proliferate them in violation of international legal norms.

AUCA chess club hosted the AUCA Chess Championship 2025 chess tournament. Chess is an integral part of the culture at the university and this tournament showed great interest in the game among students, faculty and staff.

On February 5, 2025, the students of the Faculty of Environmental Sustainability and Climate Science of the American University of Central Asia (AUCA) visited the accredited laboratory for testing food and agricultural products of Kyrgyzstandart as part of the course "Food Security, Nutrition and Sustainable Development".
