Fourth Business Advisory Council meeting organized by SEBA
Fourth BAC Meeting gathered officials from the British Embassy of Bishkek, and the U.S. Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic,President of AUCA and Vice-President for Academic Affairs of AUCA, the leaders of corporate, small and medium enterprise community of Kyrgyzstan as well as faculty and staff of SEBA.
Meeting with the Queen
On November 19, Edil Baysailov, the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to the United Kingdom was received by Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain. The news was published on the official social networks of the Royal family. The meeting took place at Buckingham Palace.
Opening of the AUCA Technical School of Innovation: A Four-Year Path!
On Saturday, October 26, the grand opening of the AUCA Technical School of Innovation was held. This is the only educational institution in Kyrgyzstan and region that provides an opportunity to receive an education equivalent to university programs after the 9th grade of secondary school. 
AUCA president met with the Ambassador of India to the Kyrgyz Republic
They discussed collaboration between AUCA and the Indian Embassy, and desire of the university to increase the recruitment of Indian students.
Minister of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan met with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Uzbekistan and AUCA Vice President.
Bilateral cooperation possibilities between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of higher education, the prospects of concluding a bilateral agreement on the recognition of university diplomas were discussed during the conversation.
Closing ceremony of the Critical Language Scholarship (CLS) summer program
Students of the program prepared vivid performances for their host families, teachers, and guests. In 2019 AUCA hosted 15 CLS students who also had the opportunity to learn some basic Kyrgyz in addition to Russian. CLS students in Bishkek immersed themselves in Kyrgyz culture through cultural enrichment excursions and interactions with language partners and host family members.

Besides the graduates and their families, representatives from the Kyrgyz government, international organizations, and embassies, AUCA’s board of trustees, faculty, and staff, as well as honored guests from overseas could be found at the ceremony.
Kyrgyz Ambassador to USA met with new President of AUCA
The parties discussed the possibility of establishing cooperation with universities and US government agencies to expand US educational programs for the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Germany allocated a grant to create an eco-park in the northern part of the Karagacheva Grove
The eco-park project implemented jointly by the Bishkek Mayor's office, American University of Central Asia, and French-Kyrgyz Association of Ecotourism.
AUCA Vice-President met with representatives of the diplomatic mission of the United States in Tajikistan
The recruitment prospects for students from Tajikistan to study at AUCA were discussed during the meeting.
