On behalf of the American University of Central Asia leadership and from the bottom of my heart, I congratulate you on the Education Workers Day!

This special day allows us to express our deep gratitude and respect to each of you — those who, with their work, professionalism, and enthusiasm, contribute daily to the development of our university and maintain its high status. Your work cannot be overestimated. Thanks to you, the American University in Central Asia remains a leader in the field of education, preparing each new generation of talented, purposeful, and thinking young people.

This holiday reminds us of the importance of the collective work in which each of you participates. Our faculty create educational programs that meet international standards and develop critical thinking and creativity. Your lectures, seminars, and research inspire students to search for new knowledge and find ways to solve global and local challenges. You are shaping the leaders of the future, who, going beyond the university, benefit not only their families and professional communities but also the entire Kyrgyz Republic.

I want to note that the work of not only the faculty but also all the staff who support the university's functioning at the highest level is essential. Your work is the foundation on which the success of our educational programs, projects, and initiatives is built. Your attention to detail, maintaining processes, and taking care of every aspect of university life create a comfortable and productive environment for all members of our community.

We need to realize that our university not only educates professionals of the highest class but also significantly contributes to the social and economic development of the Kyrgyz Republic. Our graduates are a source of pride not only for us but also for the whole country. They occupy key positions in business, public administration, the civil sector, and many other areas, actively contributing to strengthening sovereignty and promoting national interests. Thanks to your work, they acquire the skills, knowledge, and values that help them become responsible citizens and leaders.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to you for your work, which is the basis for the success of our university. Your contribution to student development and the maintenance of high university standards is important and valuable for each of us.
