On Tuesday, February 14th, the final concert of the Stream competition took place at AUCA. Every year, AUCA hosts the "Stream" talent competition for young people and high school students in Kyrgyzstan, competing for three educational scholarships. This year, the event was also organized as a charity event, with all funds collected to help combat the terrible diagnosis of little Ratmir. A total of 100 applications were received for the qualifying round, with only 9 contestants making it to the finals:

The competition was opened by Nikolay Shulgin, who expressed gratitude to the audience and contestants, emphasizing the competition's purpose. The honorary right to open the competition was presented to Nikolay Shulgin, where he said parting words to the contestants and reminded to all the history of the talent competition. Nikolay Grigoryevich thanked the audience and the contestants, "This contest was created not for those who will win, but for those who will lose. And yet, to your applause, they will come and enter our university. Thank you all! Let’s begin!" On this note, the talent show Stream began its first branch of the concert.

 

The judges for the event included Art director Bilimkana Nurlan Asakeev, Bermet Ismailova, Elvira Ibragimova, Adeliia Safai, Aizada Tynyeva, Nikolai Shulgin, and Michael Freese. Contestants showcased their talents across various categories, including music, dance, and performance art.

 

Maria Fedotova impressed with her gymnastics performance, while Adilet Myktybekov showcased his piano skills and vocal talent. Yana Mashanlo delivered captivating vocal performances, and Erzhigit Sheishekeev wowed the audience with his versatile dance moves. Elizaveta Poliak's contemporary dance performance was exceptional, accompanied by a mesmerizing Belly dance routine. Elnur Toktonoev's charismatic opera performance and Aminat Gordaeva's piano pieces also left a lasting impression. Dilnoza's violin rendition of "Skyfall" showcased her strong stage presence and vocal abilities, while Aigerim's traditional dance and Frida Kahlo portrayal were equally stunning.

 

In addition to contestant performances, the audience enjoyed displays by artists from the Mirrors Theater, had a chance to participate in various competitions. The winners of the Stream 2024 competition were Dilnoza Aydarbek kyzy, Aigerim Niyazova, and Elnur Toktonoev. Congratulations to all the winners and participants for their exceptional performances!
