Three days from March 3 to March 5, 2023, 23 selected students and teachers began learning podcasting from basics to production. Project “AUCA Podcast Sprint - AUCA Voices'' was announced and organized by Tynymgul Eshieva, Assistant Professor of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communications, with the support of the OSUN EHCN Project Development Grant.

Sprint mentors - Saida Nuralieva, Azat Ruziev, Begayim Zamirbek, Tynymgul Eshieva guided the intensive workshop participants on elements, formats of podcasts, voice recording, editing, mixing, promotion, budgeting, and pitching the idea to the public.

A podcast is an audio program, series, or blog you can download or listen to online. The main difference between a podcast and a radio is the ability to choose a genre and topic and listen at any convenient time. Therefore, podcasts are very different regarding topics and genres (conversational, documentary, narrative, educational).
