Olga lives in London, where she teaches yoga and runs various yoga events. She has been practising Kundalini yoga (and various other yoga styles) for five years, last three years she is teaching professionally. So, eventually, she decided to write a book in order to explain readers what Kundalini Yoga is, what its philosophy is, and how to practice it.

 

The book is the first book within the book series “Yoga for All Situations” and is a collection of the most powerful practices that Olga practiced and taught for years. It is based on the Eastern and Western philosophy and anatomy, knowledge of the mind and psyche. It gives a thorough step-by-step practice to achieve the best results and discover the talents that you need to develop for satisfying relationships, job success and personal growth. The book is full of pictures and yoga exercises you can practice at home, office or with your friends.

 

On the presentation Olga told about Kundalini Yoga, about 8 chakras, which are hidden in human’s bodies, and which people need to find and develop in themselves in order to achieve harmony, love, and wisdom.

 

She also showed some examples on how to open these chakras through yoga exercises.

 

Olga hopes that Kundalini Yoga will help many people just as it did transform her life five years ago. Ever since then her life has been a journey full of adventures, opportunities and miracles.
