Developing the Leader in You

The proposed topic of the meeting was “Developing the leader in you,” but during the meeting Dastan mainly concentrated on the social problems of facing the state, about his vision for the Kygryz Republic’s future, and encouraged youth to be active in changing their home countries. When asked why he didn't reflect on the proposed topic, Dastan said, “I strongly believe there is no such thing as a formula of success or formula to becoming a successful leader. But, I hope that my speech today has inspired you to be active. I do not call for another political revolution, but I think its high-time for an intellectual revolution. Our youth has to be the driving force for such positive changes.”
