On October 31, 2015, the American University of Central Asia’s “Gala Opening” will be held, celebrating the completion of the most eco-friendly and innovative university campus in Central Asia.
The Gala Opening will include a host of guest lectures on topics ranging from “Humanitarian Logistics” by World Food Programme Logistics Officer Baktybek Beishenaliev to “Designing in our Life” by Red Jolbors gold award-winner Aleksey Lysogorov, as well as speeches from university president Andrew Wachtel, George Soros, and other high-profile individuals.
Artystan’s newest art exhibition Topographica, a performance by AUCA’s own Mirrors Student Theater, a catered reception in the Main Forum, and much more round out the schedule of events.
