27.05.14 at 14:00 in СН/1 – Meeting with AUCA President, Vice-President for Academic Affairs, Registrar Office, Heads of graduating programs and Student Life Office

28.05.14 at 14.00 in CH/1 - Rehearsal with Vice-President for Academic Affairs, GRADUATES, Registrar Office, Sport Coordinator, AUCA security, PPD office, Office managers of graduating programs and Student Life Office

29.05.14 at 9:00 in СН/1 – Rehearsal with volunteers   

30.05.14 at 14:00 in CH/1 – Rehearsal with GRADUATES, Volunteers, Office managers of graduating programs and Sport Coordinator

COMMENCEMENT  DAY, May 31, 2014:

10:30 – General rehearsal for GRADUATES in the main hall of Philharmonic

Registration - Graduates, Volunteers, Student Life Office, and Registrar Office should be in the foyer of Philharmonic. The graduates who come late and don’t participate in the rehearsals and registration will NOT participate in the official ceremony!!!

12:30 - Heads of graduating departments take their seats on their row in the hall. Faculty and graduates must be ready in the foyer and be divided into 2 sides (left and right)

13:00 - Ceremony Begins

16:30– The photo session of GRADUATES on the steps near the entrance of Philharmonic.
