Tyan Shan Policy Center Takes Center Stage at SWITCH-Asia Conference for Sustainable Tourism Initiatives

"Kanat Sultanaliev, Executive Director of Tyan Shan Policy Center at AUCA, recently participated in The SWITCH-Asia Programme's Steering Committee Meeting and 5th Annual Conference held on October 9th and 10th, 2023, in Jakarta, Indonesia. Bringing together 140 representatives from grant-funded projects across Asia, Central Asia, Mongolia, and China, the event provided a platform for fruitful discussions on sustainable production and consumption (SCP) and the circular economy.

The conference facilitated face-to-face interactions among government officials, EU delegations, project partners, and experts from over 20 countries. TSPC (AUCA) proudly represents as one of the four organizations actively involved in the PERETO project - "Promoting Energy and Resource Efficiency in the Tourism Industry of Kyrgyzstan."
