The Tian Shan Policy Center has delivered a new “TSPC Policy Note” to members of the Jogorku Kenesh (Kyrgyz Parliament) and to NGOs thoughout Kyrgyzstan. The analytical paper reviews problems that citizens have in getting access to the parliament building and its proceedings, examines the gaps and shortfalls in the substitute for physical access – the JK website – and makes recommendations for improvements. This report was recently picked up and published by the Central Asian Newswire. It has been widely praised by government-watchers.
