Questions to Consider at the Start of the Semester

1. Have you had the opportunity to meet with your academic advisor?
2. Have you completed your registration for the semester?*
3. Do you have any questions related to academic matters? If so, do you know where to find assistance?
4. Are you aware that AUCA offers the WARC (Writing and Academic Resources Center) to support your academic journey?

Mid-Semester Check-In

1. Have you met with your advisor to discuss your academic performance evaluations for the mid-semester?
2. Do you think it would be beneficial to reach out to the CPAR (Center for Writing and Academic Resources)? They may be able to assist you with subjects such as mathematics, writing, microeconomics, macroeconomics, and accounting.
3. Have you discussed your course schedule for the upcoming semester with your advisor?
4. Are you encountering any difficulties with your courses? If so, have you addressed this with your advisor?
5. In your opinion, would it be wise to consider a Withdrawal* for this course?

End of Semester

Should we (parents and student) consider enrolling in the Summer School? If so, please address the following questions:

1. Are you aware of when registration for the Summer School begins?
2. Have you reviewed the courses offered during this Summer School session?
3. Have you discussed the Summer School courses with your advisor?
4. Do you know how and when payment for the Summer School is processed?
5. Have you been informed whether you are currently on Academic or Financial Probation?

*Questions Regarding Course Registration

1. Do you have any outstanding financial obligations that might prevent you from registering for courses?
2. Has course registration begun?
3. Have you registered for the courses you planned to take?
4. Are you following the checklist during the course registration process?
5. Have you successfully completed your registration?
6. Have you verified that the classes you registered for have not been canceled?

Questions Regarding Tuition Payment

1. Have you received a letter from the Financial Aid Office?
2. When is the tuition payment due? What is the payment schedule?
3. Where can you direct inquiries regarding tuition payment?
