ICP Department Co-organized an Interdisciplinary Conference on Urbanization in Central Asia
The Central Asian Studies Network in Germany (CASNiG), the American University of Central Asia (AUCA)’s Department of International and Comparative Politics (ICP) and the Institut Français d'Etudes sur l'Asie Centrale (IFEAC) co-organized the 6th Annual CASNiG conference titled "RE-Making the City: Urbanization with its opportunities and challenges in Central Asia" in Bishkek on 8-10 June 2025.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic International Day for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation Awareness
  In 2022, at the initiative of the Kyrgyz Republic, the UN General Assembly declared March 5th as the International Day for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation. The significance of this resolution lies in raising global awareness of the risks posed to humanity by weapons of mass destruction and illegal attempts to proliferate them in violation of international legal norms.
