Public Lecture: Ukrainian crisis as the result of the offensive-defensive imbalance in international relations

A public lecture by PhD student Przemyslaw Ozierski on "The Ukrainian crisis as the result of the offensive-defensive imbalance in international relations" will be held on January 22nd at 14:30 in Room 220 of the main AUCA building. Przemyslaw Ozierski is a Ph.D. student in the Department of National and Federal Relations of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. The lecture will be presented in English.
