Course description:

This course is designed to equip students with the most useful, up-to-date skills for business communication. The course includes written and oral business communication and specifically business correspondence, oral presentations, conducting negotiations and meetings, and holding telephone conversations. After successfully completing the course, the student will know how to compose business communications such as reports, memos, inquiries, recommendation letters, effective resumes, and cover letters. Moreover, the course will help students develop their oral communication skills, including psychological and non-verbal techniques, and it will explain cultural differences in communication.
