Graduated with an honors degree in International Relations from International Ataturk-Alatoo University. Received the Valedictorian degree for high performance among the graduating cohort. MA degree in Politics and Security in Central Asia obtained from the OSCE Academy in Bishkek.
Professional experience gained in the areas of development and human security, reporting, research, and analysis with International Organizations in and out of the country. Expertise in the fields of political philosophy and theory, good governance, and regional integration.
Research interests include nationalism, state-building, postcolonial studies, and crisis management, as well as a deconstructivist approach to research in Central Asia.
