General information and rules:
All courses are offered online.
All courses are in the local time of the university offering a course, so students need to check with Bishkek time.
Since space for each course is limited, seats will be offered on a first come first served basis.
Since space for each course is limited, students are allowed to take up to 6 ECTS (AUCA) credits for OSUN credits.
It is each student's responsibility to receive approval of their advisor to take a specific OSUN course.
Students taking OSUN courses offered outside of AUCA will be allowed to take up to 36 credits - including OSUN course credits
No separate payment is required as long as students’ total semester load (AUCA and OSUN credits) is no more than 36 credits.
Once students submit the course participation confirmation form on the OSUN portal (after being notified of acceptance), they are not allowed to drop that course.
Students will receive grades for courses. The grade received for the OSUN course will affect overall GPA.
Students no longer have to transfer OSUN courses into AUCA by submitting the transfer form. OSUN courses will be added to each student's transcript manually by the Registrar's Office after the end of the add-drop period in January 2023. Grades for courses will be added based on official transcripts that AUCA will receive from the course host institution.
Fill out this Google form before December 15, 2022.
Apply for the course on the OSUN portal before December 16, 2022
