AUCA-NMBU project is long-term cooperation activity that is supported by the Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Education (www.siu.no). The three partners of the project are AUCA, Kyrgyz National Agraian Academy and Norwegian University of Life Sciences.
The general objective of the project is to maintain and develop further the educational and research partnership established between AUCA and NMBU through development of graduate curriculum in economics, cooperation in Bologna-related reforms, support for researchbased education, and closer collaboration through administrative, faculty and student exchanges. To achieve the overall objective, the project addresses three specific objectives over which to implement programming activities.
1. Strengthening graduate curriculum in economics, agricultural economics and agribusiness

3. Fostering research-based and internationally-oriented education

Together with the School of Economics and Business at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (www.nmbu.no) AUCA Economics program will develop and co-teach nine new courses:
The courses are co-taught together with Norwegian lectors. The high quality of the developed courses was confirmed by both the students and the administration of both institutions.
