All international students are welcome to the educational experience and cultural richness on campus at Yeditepe University as well as the broader environment found in the fascinating city of Istanbul where the historically ancient mix with the technically modern, the East meets the West, and the differences of culture, music, languages, cuisine, religions and philosophies are bridged through education.

 

All international students studying under the LLP/ Erasmus Exchange Programme and any other Bilateral Exchange Agreement with our partner universities all over the world are considered incoming students.

 

Required documents for  Erasmus / Exchange students

 

Signed application form   - should be filled in the computer.

Signed and stamped learning agreement - should be filled in the computer. 

Signed and sealed nomination letter from your university

A copy of your  passport  page bearing your  photo

3 colour passport photos

 

 

Admission Deadlines: 

 

Please, send the electronic version of the following documents to international@auca.kg by  February 1, 2016, 5 pm to apply for 2016 Fall Semester at Yeditepe University.

  

  1. Statement of purpose, explaining why you want to study abroad, how it will benefit your studies at AUCA, and what you hope to achieve through this experience.
  2. Transcript (non-official can be sent, too)
  3. 2 (two) Recommendation letters from Professors.
  4. Resume
  5. Study Plan for Fall 2016 (list of courses can be found on the website of the university) 

 

English language proficiency requirement: 

 

Since the language of instruction at Yeditepe University is English, an exchange student is expected have an acceptable level of proficiency in English, i.e. the equivalent of a TOEFL score of at least 213 (Computer based), 79-93 (IBT), 550 (PBT). 

 

 Visa

According to the Law in Turkey all students are required to get a student visa from the Turkish Consulate in their country in order to study in Turkey. Therefore,  they need to send all of the forms as complete so that we can send their letters of acceptance which is requested in the visa procedure.

Please, note that the respective student will be fully responsible for the expenses related to Exchange Semester at Yeditepe University except for the tuition which is paid at AUCA.
